Shayne Ward\'s fiancée doesn\'t want to plan their wedding.
Sophie Austin has admitted she\'d rather have a nap than organise their nuptials because she\'s not great at getting plans to line up and, therefore, she has left the entire wedding preparation - apart from her dress - to the \'Coronation Street\' actor.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Sophie, 34, said: "I\'ve always wanted to get married in Vegas. If I had the choice of planning a wedding, I\'d rather have a nap! Shayne is better at organising things than I am. As long as I can pick my dress, I\'m happy to leave the rest to him. Having Willow walk down the aisle with me will just make my day."
The couple - who have 13-month-old daughter Willow together - have been together since early 2016 but feel like they have known each other for a "lifetime."
The 33-year-old hunk explained: "I feel like I\'ve known Sophie for a lifetime. It was meant to happen. Sophie and Willow complete me. We never really dated - that\'s what\'s mental. Everything sort of happened naturally. We\'ve done everything backwards. We got together, had a baby and now we\'re getting married."
Shayne popped the question to Sophie on Boxing Day last year in front of their family - but the former \'Hollyoaks\' actress wasn\'t dressed appropriately for the occasion.
Sophie said: "It happened on Boxing Day. In the past I had told Shayne that if he was ever going to propose I would love all my family to be there. We were stood in our hallway - I was wearing pyjamas and my hair was tied up with a pair of knickers!"
Shayne added: "I didn\'t feel nervous as it felt so right to do it then. There were 12 of Sophie\'s family there and my mum. That was the most romantic way I could think of proposing - and it saved on all those text messages afterwards!"
