Loose Women's Janet Street-Porter still can't poo

Janet Street-Porter has still not a poo after admitting she has constipation on \'Loose Women\' on Tuesday (25.07.18).

The 71-year-old presenter is back on the ITV daytime show after going under the knife to get her "worn out" knee repaired but although the operation has been a success it has ruined her rectum routine.

After talking about her toilet trouble on the programme she was told by guest panellist Mel B to try Reiki to ease her blockage and she was also inundated with tips from viewers to help her defecate.

But on the episode that aired on Wednesday (25.07.18), Janet revealed there has been no poop progress, much to her annoyance.

Whilst carrying out a mock weather report about the heatwave in Britain, she said: "If you want an explanation as to why it is so hot, hot, hot, it\'s because the hot weather is being caused by the global jet stream being very weak and it\'s causing the weather to stay still - a bit like my constipation! After talking about it yesterday I\'ve had about 538 suggestions as to what to do with my bowels and it\'s not working, yet."

Janet has, so far, only been able to release faeces three times in 11 days since undergoing her knee replacement surgery.

The outspoken star has blamed the painkillers she\'s been prescribed for her lack of porcelain action.

She said: "I was getting more constipated by the minute. Because of all the pain killers you are taking. I\'ve had figs, figs, figs, prune, figs. If anyone has a remedy for profound constipation ... without going into detail I\'ve been three times in 10 days, during the break Mel told me to get a Reiki healer as apparently they can move it. I think I need dynamite!"
