Sian Gabbidon doesn\'t think there could ever be conflict between herself and Lord Alan Sugar.
The \'Apprentice\' winner has launched the first collection of her swimwear line since leaving the TV show and partnered with Alan, 71, on Tuesday (05.03.19), insisting the pair have a "really good" working relationship.
In an exclusive interview with BANG Showbiz, she said: "Really good, it\'s really good and he\'s very involved and we have lots of kind of calls and meetings and things.
"[He\'s] very good at giving advice and business knowledge so you know he\'s kind of guiding me down the path and it\'s working really well. No conflict at all - I don\'t think there ever would be."
The 26-year-old designer went on to admit that she\'s not had much of a social life since leaving the BBC show.
Sian also said that despite the odd fan approaching her in the street, \'The Apprentice\' has changed her life "for the better".
She said: "I guess you could say personally I\'ve been so busy working I\'m not seen my friends and family because I\'ve been so busy you know in my office, getting my head down.
"It\'s quite weird now because sometimes I\'ll go out somewhere and people are like \'Did you win The Apprentice?\' which is quite weird but overall it\'s all changed for the better.
"I think I love a good challenge and I like to get involved and stuck in and you know do the best I can with things and I\'m kind of a bit obsessed with it at the minute, because I just want it to do well and I put every hour into it."
