Ant and Dec hang out with farting snake

Ant and Dec will have to hang out with a farting snake in the jungle.

The \'I\'m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!\' presenters - Anthony McPartlin, 43, and Declan Donnelly, 44 - are set to be surrounded with serpents during this year\'ss show following droughts and scorching temperatures in New South Wales including the foul smelling keelback.

An ITV source told the Daily Star newspaper: "The lads had better watch their step or they may need pegs on their noses. It\'s a good job we don\'t have smell-o-vision."

The keelback reptile - which emits a smell like a fart if anyone treads on it, disturbs one or makes it feel under threat - has been found near the Bushtucker Trials area where Ant and Dec regularly hang out.

Luckily for them, the brown-checkered snake prefers to snack on toads and frogs out of all the small jungle creatures.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported Caitlyn Jenner is set to camp in the jungle this year.

The 70-year-old former Olympian - who was known as Bruce Jenner before her gender reassignment surgery in 2017 - is reportedly being paid £500,000 to take part in the forthcoming series of the creepy-crawly show.

A source said: "She\'s such a huge name and a great get for producers. ITV think she is one of their best ever signings. It\'s a real bolt from the blue. They\'ve asked her every year for a long time, but she finally felt the time was right."

Bosses are reportedly hoping that the former \'Keeping Up With the Kardashians\' star will talk about her relationship with Kris Jenner, who she divorced in 2015 after 24 years of marriage, on camera and reveal some secrets about the matriarch.

They will also no doubt be encouraging Caitlyn to talk about her famous daughters Kendall, 23, and Kylie, 22, as well as her step-daughters Kourtney, 40, Kim, 39, and Khloe, 35, while she\'s lounging around the camp with fellow British celebrities.
