Malin Andersson was left feeling "ugly" when no on stepped forward to couple up with her on \'Love Island\'.
The 26-year-old star was left standing by herself when she debuted on the show in 2016 after no one took a fancy to her.
Malin shared a edited clip of her time in the villa on Instagram on Sunday (12.01.20), showing how she was eventually placed with Rykard Jenkins after they were both left on the sidelines.
She captioned the post: "So filming this episode, I hadn\'t a clue what was going to happen. I presumed I would find someone and that would be it. But I didn\'t. I didn\'t get picked. I was embarrassed, I felt so UGLY, fat, I wanted to leave the show there and then. (sic)"
The 26-year-old reality star also confessed her self-esteem was already at an all-time low as she was battling an eating disorder at the time.
She said: "It\'s safe to say my confidence and self-esteem at the time were awful. Not only was I battling with an eating disorder but I was also now wondering what on earth was wrong with me.
"Yes, I did audition for the show; it was my choice. But I want you all to know how putting yourself on a show like that is a madness."
Malin called for her followers not to troll any of the new Islanders, who entered the villa for the winter version of the show on Sunday (12.01.20).
She added: "There\'s going to be a new set of people in the same situation I was, and over the next few weeks there\'s going to be awful things said about these guys and a lot of trolling but I can\'t stress enough HOW important it is to NOT be one of those people. We\'re all human. (sic)"
