Gregg Wallace 'launching fitness website' after 4-stone weight loss

Gregg Wallace is set to launch his own fitness empire.

The \'MasterChef\' judge - who has worked hard to lose four stone - has been sharing his daily exercises from his garden in Kent during lockdown, and now he is reportedly looking to bring workouts to his fans through a new monthly subscription.

According to The Sun newspaper, the culinary star is set to launch a £7-a-month website complete with workouts, nutrition tips and motivational resources.

He has devised routines with the help of personal trainer and friend Danny Rai.

It\'s said the pair have set up Show Me Fit Limited, with plans to unveil the project officially later this month.

The workout videos will be based on a five-day regime, while the 55-year-old star will also feature online tutorials from cooking experts alongside classes from psychologists.

Furthermore, the company will offer recipe books as well as a range of drinks bottles and clothes.

Gregg is proud of his new physique after dropping to "just under 12 stone" recently, and he has been keeping his social media followers up to date with his healthy meals each day.

The star started working on overhauling his lifestyle in 2017, and the TV star admitted he had to make some big changes to his diet.

He previously explained: "I cut down on fried and high sugar foods, as well as booze.

"When I was at my biggest, I was having a daily fry up, fish and chips once per week, takeaway a couple more times and drinking beer nearly every day."

Gregg - who has kids Libby, 22, and Tom, 25, with his second wife Denise Wallace, and 11-month-old Sid with wife Anne-Marie Sterpini - recently revealed he is now in the best shape of his life.

He said: "I\'m 55 now. I\'m fitter and leaner than I was at 25 years old. I\'ve been putting workouts up on Instagram, it\'s not for super-fit people.

"I just wanted to inspire everybody to have a go. My PT sent me a five-day workout and each day I\'m keeping that up.

"Food - you can eat as much as you want of the right things, as much veg as you want, as much fruit as want."
