The \'Emmerdale\' actress - who has played Victoria Barton on the ITV show since 2006 - revealed she underwent the procedure earlier this month, and she gave her followers a positive update on Thursday (09.07.20).

She wrote on Instagram: "8 days post eye surgery - so far so good...

The 26-year-old star hasn\'t given any other details on the surgery.

However, her fans were still delighted to hear it was a success, and they flooded the social media post with well wishes.
