Allison Mack has received a sentence of three years in prison after pleading guilty to the sex slave case.
For manipulating women into entering a cult-like organization.
The 38-year-old actress was part of the organization in which she attracted young women, actresses and millionaries
To perform labours, take nude photoraph and engage in sexual act with the cult's leader.
According to the judge:
"Mack willingly enslaved, destabilized and manipulated women".
The cult organization had Keith Raniere, now imprisioned as well, as its leader.
"NXIVM group" was the name of the cult.
Organized to enslave, starve and assault women in Reniere's favor.
Victims alleged of:
Being ensalved, under strict low-calorie regimes, and constantly sexually assaulted.
Furthermore, the victims also received constant manipulation, threating them with exposing nude pictures.
Surely, taken without their consent.
Mack had been arrested back in 2018, and had to face charges of up to 17 years in prison.
However, Allison chose to colaborate with the investigation, confesing a pleading guilty to reduce her sentence.
The trial had place a couple days ago, in which victims talked to the jury.
A few of them in-place, a few of them via videocall.
Jessica Joan, one of the alleged victims, appeared in person to give her statement:
“Allison herself gained pleasure in creating harm and destruction to her victims. In that courtroom today I looked into the eyes of a sociopath and I saw no remorse.”Actress Jessica Joan's statement
The actress also wrote a letter to the court last week, in which she stated:
"I am sorry to those of you that I brought into NXIVM. I made decision that I will forever regret.
She also asked the jury to let her continue her studies while serving her time in prison.
Moreover, she also asked to pay her sentence near Orange county where her family lives.
