After announcing that House of the Dragon was coming somewhere in the future,
the news for upcoming Game of Thones content were almost non-existent.
But after all the wait, the first look to what's coming is finally here.
In this brief teaser we can see different members of the Targaryen family,
all of them characters we have yet to meet with this material
since this is based 200 years before the events that happened in the original Game of Thrones.
The cast, conformed by nothing but new faces to this franchise,
has names as recognizable as Paddy Considine, Olivia Cooke, Matt Smith and Rhys Ifans,
who have an already stablished career, and are known to be great actors
so the expectations from the fans are really high,
as they want a redemption for the franchise and its amazing worldbuilding
since the bast majority of the fandom considered that
the original's series finale was lacklusting and mediocre,
not at all fitting for a production as big as Game Of Thrones.
For what the teaser shows us, House of the Dragon will maintain the
polished aesthetics of its predecesor, or even upgrade them and make them better
with a lot of budget to grab from for the amazing backgrounds, props and outfits,
and of course, special effects, since there's gonna be a lot of dragons
or that is what we want to believe.
Either way, it is an HBO Max production, and so far since the streaming service has been out
all the productions have been high quality, so we're hoping this is not going to be the exception.
