James Franco did admit to having intimate relationships with students in the past.
Everything did happen while he was acting professor in Los Angeles.
These have been his first words after demand of inappropriate sexual behavior.
Back in 2019, two acting ex-students did present a formal demand for sexual harassment,
exploitation, and coercion.
Last June, court records did shown the actor made an arrangement to pay 2.2 millon dollars.
The demand continued recieving accusations froms young women.
Until now, Franco had denied being part of these situations.
Nevertheless, during the episode of December 23 of "The Jess Cagle Show",
Franco spoke for the first time about this topic.
He also made a confession:
"Look, I confess I slept with some students. I never was with someone from that particular class.
But, during my teaching process, I slept with students and I know that was wrong."
He also argument that was not the reason for that school.
The attorneys did say that Franco directed a master class about "sex scenes" on
the now extint cinema school.
Studio 4 made several accusations that involve Franco making the students
practice these scenes and improvise innapropiate sexual acts troughout the auditions.
Besides, the demand did say that the actor not only was present, but
he did record the scenes to use it as educative material.
"This wasn't a master plan from me. But, yeah, there was some cases while I was in a consent
deal with a student I didn't think about the consequences. I suppose I thought if it was with
consent, everything was good. And that was my mistake. I wasn't entirely lucid at that time"
