'Bridgerton' is back on Netflix with a new season

After the hit that it was the first 'Bridgerton' season when it was released in 2020,

it was expected that Netflix continued the show format with new seasons, so it wasn't a

surprise for anyone when they let us know that the new season was coming

this past March 25, 2022.

And just like the previous season, 'Bridgerton' season 2 quickly gained a place in everyone's hearts,

receiving really good reviews for this installment, with only a few critics about how they left behind

the 'sexy' edge that the first season had, by adding fewer sex scenes this time around.

The second season is currently 'Certified Fresh' in Rotten Tomatoes, with a 79% score only one day

after its release.

This time around, we have all the characters we already knew in the first season,

The second season has more of an ensemble cast approach, where the story focuses on different characters

instead of following just one all the way to the end, and both Simone and Charitrah play as sisters this season,

and love interests for Anthony Bridgerton, that is on the lookout for the perfect wife.

We have a love triangle situation to resolve this second season, in which Anthony doesn't know which sister

is the right choice for him, a division between following the heart or doing what's best for your status,

and the writer did an excellent job building this tension around the couples and this 'forbidden love' trope,

still a really fun to watch season just like the first one, with a lot of drama, a lot of comedy, and a lot of

Simone Ashley beautiful face all over the place, that can always brighten up your day.
