A few days ago we finally got a sneak peek at season 2 of Heartstopper, the series that follows the story of Charlie Spring and Nick Nelson. Thanks to a mistake of Netflix Brazil's community manager, we could have access to a photo of the shooting of the next episodes and now, there is much more news about the audiovisual production starring Joe Locke and Kit Connor.
In fact, a few days ago, Netflix had given a hint that we would have new news about the LGBTQI+ series today and we did. In all its social networks, the streaming platform has let us see a video where we can see the protagonists of this sweet story recording the new episodes. Also, they have given us data about what we could see in this second season, where we anticipate that we will see characters grow and live more mature stories, according to Joe Locke's own words.
In fact, the series incorporates a new cast with these new episodes, and we will see new classmates in the lives of Nick, Charlie, Elle, Tao and Isaac. Some of the new faces we will see are Ash Self as Alex, Nima Taleghani as Mr. Farouk, and Araloyin Oshunremi as Otis Smith. In addition, Oscar winner Olivia Colman is almost certain to return as Nick's mother.
In season 2 of Heartstopper Charlie and Nick will have to deal with school and how their classmates will take Nick's coming out of the closet. Also, for those of you who read the comics written by Alice Oseman, you are ready for what's coming in the new episodes, and those of you who didn't, you better get ready.
