Reggaeton singer Karol G used her social networks, precisely Instagram, to put the cry to heaven after seeing the cover of GQ magazine of which she is the protagonist in its latest edition. Karol surprised her followers after publicly speaking out against a famous magazine that, despite the fact that they chose her to be on the cover, they used her image. According to the Colombian artist, she herself knew about the photos before they were out and let the team that took the pictures know that she did not agree with their publication. However, the editors did not care about what she said and still printed them.
Not only that, Karol G also affirmed that she feels very good with her current figure and that she does not pretend to look thin but -healthy-, so she emphasized to be against digital image retouching. "Today my cover was made public in GQ magazine, with an image that does not represent me because my face does not look like that, my body does not look like that and I feel very happy and comfortable with how I look natural. I appreciate the opportunity because I was very happy when they confirmed that I would be there, but despite making clear my dissatisfaction with the number of editions they made, they did not change anything," wrote Karol G.
In her post, the singer continued to speak out against the photos, where anyone recognizes that thanks to the edits, Karol G does not look a bit like the person we see in photos. What will the magazine in charge of publishing these photos do?
