Netflix is about to bring two big stars together in a movie it is currently developing. They are Robert Pattinson and Robert Downey Jr, actors known for their work in the DC and Marvel worlds. The movie they will both star in is Average Height, Average Build, which is a curious mix of thriller and comedy that promises to be totally captivating. In this film, Pattinson plays a serial killer who goes into politics to change the laws to be more benevolent to his kind. The cast of Average Height, Average Build also includes Amy Adams, Forest Whitaker and Danielle Deadwyler.
Behind the cameras is none other than Adam McKay, director of one of Netflix's latest movie hits, Don't Look Up, which featured stars of the caliber of Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence, and which boasts the platform's second best premiere in its first weekend of availability after Red Alert. In fact, it has a whopping 360 million hours viewed in just its first month on Netflix, in addition to four nominations at the last Oscar Awards, including Best Screenplay and Best Picture.
Meanwhile, the future of both actors looks very different in superhero movies. While Pattinson will reprise his role as Batman in Matt Reeves' sequel to The Batman, Downey Jr. will no longer reprise his role as Iron Man, according to Marvel.
Although Robert Pattinson was once known as a mediocre actor, now his career has skyrocketed and he is one of the most expensive actors in Hollywood. One of his next most anticipated projects is Mickey 17 which is slated for release next year and has Bong Joon-ho as director. Also, another of the stars we will see in the film is Naomi Ackie.
