The trailer for 'RED, WHITE & ROYAL BLUE' has been released.

An heir to the British crown, the son of the president of the United States and a cake. So begins Red, White and Royal Blue, the long-awaited film based on Casey McQuiston's best-selling novel of the same name, of which Amazon Prime Video has already revealed a first and very promising trailer.

Alex Claremont-Diaz (Taylor Zakhar Perez), the son of the President of the United States of America (Uma Thurman), is pure millennial marketing gold for the White House. He is incredibly attractive, charismatic, brilliant and popular around the world, much like the British Prince Henry (Nicholas Galitzine), with whom he shares the same qualities. They have much in common… and in fact, they despise each other. Their eternal rivalry has never been an issue, until a disastrous and very public altercation at a Royal Household event becomes tabloid fuel, creating a potential rift in US-UK relations at the worst possible time.

This is the story of Alex and Henry and how they grow to hate each other, creating a true and unique bond between them. However, their love story will be quite complicated, as they are not just any people, but the heir to the British crown and the first son of the president of one of the most powerful nations in the world. In the trailer unveiled today by Amazon Prime we can see the chemistry that Taylor Zakhar and Nicholas Galitzine share on screen and how they are indeed the perfect Henry and Alex.

In fact, the adaptation of the critically acclaimed novel marks the directorial debut of award-winning playwright Matthew Lopez (The Inheritance).
