The end of the school year is always intense, especially at Las Encinas. The prestigious school of 'Elite' closes its doors forever with the eighth season in which, once again, a crime will mark the plots, which will not prevent its students from continuing to enjoy their wild parties. The hit Netflix series has already released the first trailer in which we can catch several clues of what is to come. After Carmen (Maribel Verdú) throws Raúl (Alex Pastrana), the abusive boyfriend of her daughter Chloe (Mirela Balic), off the terrace, another victim will stain Las Encinas with blood: Joel (Fernando Lindez).
Although it is not very clear if he survives or dies from what seems to be a stab in the back, this will affect his group of friends, especially his ex-boyfriend Omar (Omar Ayuso) and Ivan (André Lamoglia), with whom he had a very special relationship. One thing is clear: the Alumni Club had something to do with it.
Two of the new characters in the eighth season are Emilia (Ane Rot) and Héctor (Nuno Gallego) Krawietz, who lead the Las Encinas alumni association, the Alumni Club. "Influential, powerful, corrupt and corrupting, the Krawietz will sow chaos wherever they go and destroy the lives of those who fall into their nets. Only Omar will be able to stand up to them and will be willing to do anything to see them fall, because, ultimately, they represent what has always been wrong in Las Encinas", Netflix describes the pair of brothers.
All this, seasoned, as it could not be otherwise, with the usual parties of Las Encimas in which there is no lack of good doses of sex, alcohol and drugs. Netflix premieres the eighth and final season of 'Élite' on July 26.
