Jenna Ortega is currently in talks to join the cast of a new film directed by J.J. Abrams for Warner Bros. The project, which stars Glen Powell (Anyone but You) is shrouded in secrecy as plot details and title remain undisclosed. It has been five years since J.J. Abrams directed 'Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker' his last film to date. Therefore, there is a lot of anticipation for the new project from the director of Super 8 and co-creator of Lost. His own company, Bad Robot Productions next to a whole crew of famous writers are in talks to produce the film.
Following her breakout performances in Wednesday and Beetlejuice 2, Jenna Ortega continues to rise as a leading young actress. With many nearing projects, Ortega prepares for an intense 2025 with the second season of above-mentioned Netflix's hit series, and the movie Death of an Unicorn. Beyond that, she is also ready to perform a role in Taika Waititi's sci-fi film Klara and the Sun.
