English actor and film producer Ralph Fiennes is back on our screens for 'Conclave', stronger than ever before. After a solid theatrical run where the film was able to gross more than its budget, it's finally available for us to watch (or rewatch) comfortably from our homes.
Starting today, November 26, the movie will be available to rent or buy from your usual Video On Demand sites, and although we don't know for sure when or where, we might be be able to stream 'Conclave' on Peacock in the near future.
In case you still don't know what 'Conclave' is about, we'll break it down for you. It follows Cardinal Lawrence (Fiennes) completing his new task of electing the new Pope, after the death of the last one, where he finds himself trapped in the middle of a conspiracy that can change everything.
After the first showings of the movie and the times after that, Ralph Fiennes has been receiving constant praise for his work as Cardinal Lawrence in this religious thriller set in the Vatican. It's not the first time we've seen a movie set in such scenario, or even digging deep into the catholic church, but 'Conclave' sure offers a new edge in what it has to say.
Ralph Fiennes, of course, being the main attraction this time around, so much so that the experts have been putting him in Academy Award predictions for Best Actor since the movie was first shown, and it's still the same now that the year it's almost over and a lot more competition is out there.
Fiennes is still steady and secure in most Top 5's predictions, which means we might be seeing him campaigning for that Best Actor Academy Award. This being his second time being nominated in that category (if he lands it) and his third time being nominated altogether at the Oscars.
