Vogue Williams could only eat cheese on toast during her first trimester.
The 32-year-old DJ-and-presenter is expecting her first child with fiance Spencer Matthews and though she's feeling good now, she struggled with morning sickness during the first few months of her pregnancy.
She said: "It was very hard. At about five weeks I started feeling sick. And whoever said it's morning sickness clearly undersold it.
"It was all-day sickness and sickness during the night, and I was just generally unwell."
Fortunately for Vogue, 28-year-old Spencer was on hand to help her out with whatever she needed while she was struggling.
He told HELLO! magazine: "I thought she was very brave the entire way through. I was doing anything she wanted me to really.
"I can imagine the sickness is horrible and for Vogue in particular, who's a very active woman, it must have been doubly irritating to not be able to do the things she wanted to do.
"So I was on hand for little trips to the supermarket, evenings in.
"I was always there for her. And she's my best mate, so the majority of the time I'd rather be here with anyway."
The former "Made in Chelsea" star can't wait to be a dad and loves chatting to his unborn baby.
Vogue said: "Spencer talks to my stomach quite a bit."
Spencer agreed: "I do. Every day. I wish it well and tell it to behave.
"I love the baby. I love babies in general, so my own baby? It's going to be quite something.
"We went to have a scan and Vogue had just had a hot chocolate and it did about nine flips. It looked like it was at a rave.
"The baby is calmer when Vogue isn't on a sugar rush."
Though the couple - whose baby is due on September 1 - recently got engaged, they won't be getting married until 2019.
Vogue said: "I think we always wanted to have a baby before we got married.
"I don't think we'll get married until next year and I love being engaged.
"We're slowly but surely starting wedding prep. We're going to see the venue hopefully next month."
