Chloe Sims couldn't sit down for a month after having a Brazilian butt lift.
The "Only Way is Essex" star flew out to Marbella earlier this year to undergo the procedure, which involves removing fat from one area of the body and using it to reshape the bum, and though she's thrilled with the results, she doesn't think she'd do it again because the recovery took so long.
She said: "I love my new bum but I probably wouldn't do it again because of the recovery time.
"You're not allowed to sit down for four weeks and I had to sleep on my tummy.
"Fortunately, I've got a wide sofa so I could lay on my belly watching TV."
The 35-year-old star previously had bum enhancing injections but vowed not to have any drastic butt implant surgery - and she insisted her latest procedure wasn't unnatural.
She said: "Anything like that is always a big decision but it was something I'd thought about for many years. And I'm very pleased with the results.
"I don't see this as not being natural as I didn't have implants, I just had my own fat moved. It's still part of me."
Chloe - who has a 12-year-old daughter, Madison, from a previous relationship - is currently happy to be single and won't turn to dating apps to find love as she already receives a lot of messages from "weirdos".
She added to Closer magazine: "I get a lot of weirdos messaging me on social media so I feel like I'd be opening myself up to dangerous situations.
"But all my friends are single. I don't feel stressed about it. If everyone was settled, I'd be like, "OK, what's going on?" But it is what it is."
