Jason Manford has built a multimillion-pound career from stand-up, television and radio after growing up on a council estate in Salford

However, his finances have faced pressure after his former holding company, Invisible Man Ltd, was issued a £1.1m bill covering PAYE and National Insurance

Manford reportedly sold several properties from his former ten-home portfolio, raising more than £3m amid costs linked to his divorce

Despite this, another company held assets worth £2.1m

The comedian continues to present on BBC Radio 2, tour the UK and appear alongside Gary Barlow in a forthcoming New Zealand food and wine series.
