Former Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond has discussed his relationship with therapist Kiki Glen, several months after separating from his wife, Mindy Hammond
The couple went public with their romance in June and have since been seen together in Oxfordshire
Hammond said the relationship had brought renewed happiness and encouraged him to take up running, golf and wild swimming
Glen, a school governor near Oxford, has two daughters, while Hammond is building a new life in Wales
He and Mindy remain on amicable terms as they support their family.
