The former Olympic gymnast and jazz dancer share two young daughters and are said to be concentrating on co-parenting
Reports claim the couple have unfollowed one another on Instagram, while Charlie has listed herself as single on Facebook
They met while working in the West End and began their relationship in 2017
Smith, who won Strictly in 2012, now works as a wedding photographer and takes part in fitness challenges.
