Despite arriving early, the 53-year-old said she spent 45 minutes circling the car park before contacting staff
Shaw, who was diagnosed in April and has undergone four rounds of chemotherapy, said the experience heightened her anxiety
The appointment will now be rearranged
She recently revealed that her tumours had changed shape but had not yet reduced enough for surgery, meaning treatment must continue before doctors can operate.
