Her decision follows a dramatic recent run, including a trip to Albania and tensions involving co-stars Elma Pazar and Harry Derbidge
Green’s time on the programme also featured her much-discussed relationship with Myles Barnett
The move comes as producers are said to be considering a substantial cast shake-up, with established personalities expected to take priority
