The former couple first listed the Grade II property for £8.5 million in November 2024, following their separation
After an earlier deal collapsed, the price eventually fell to £7.5 million
The estate includes a swimming pool, tennis court, boating lake, four reception rooms, a football pitch, barns, stables and a separate cottage
The sale comes as they continue divorce proceedings, with Carroll also discussing their troubled marriage in a newly released book.
