Alison Hammond appeared on This Morning wearing a wrist support after tripping over a decorative rock while filming a TikTok
The presenter explained that sunglasses meant she failed to spot the obstacle, while co-host Dermot O'Leary described the fall as a particularly convincing tumble
Despite the injury, Hammond opened the programme with a dance and her trademark humour
Her return follows a recent panic attack live on air, which she initially feared was a heart attack
She later discussed the experience with Dr Sian Williams, encouraging viewers to take panic symptoms seriously.
