The documentary-maker’s appearance followed an entertaining podcast chat with Katherine Ryan, during which he discussed his daily workouts based on Joe Wicks’s routines
Theroux also admitted that he enjoys a few drinks, the ensuing sluggish mornings and the satisfaction of exercising his way back to feeling human
He has previously completed Wicks’ ice-bath challenge and regular home workouts.
