The Paralympic champion spent her first week away from Strictly Come Dancing in hospital, helping him adapt to insulin injections and monitoring his doses
Charlie’s diagnosis comes a year after his sister Louisa Storey received the same diagnosis
Their father, Barney Storey, also has Type 1 diabetes
Storey and dance partner Julian Caillon were eliminated after scoring 21 points for their tango.
