James Bourne is recovering after his younger brother Chris Bourne donated a kidney to him
The Busted musician, 43, said both siblings are now recuperating following the operation, while Chris celebrated the family news with a childhood photograph on Instagram
James had previously stepped away from a tour with McFly because of ill health and later revealed he was awaiting major treatment
He has since thanked his 33-year-old brother for his support, saying the transplant has already helped him feel considerably better.
