James Acaster and Maya Jama were absent from Friday’s live Celebrity Traitors Uncloaked special, despite their prominent roles in the series
Their no-show followed a dramatic finale in which Faithfuls Romesh Ranganathan and Sebastian Croft won £83,000, donating their shares to Choose Love and the Refugee Council
Acaster’s tense departure came after he admitted being a Traitor, while Jama was banished soon afterwards
Both are understood to have had work commitments, with Jama filming the second series of The Gentlemen
Ed Gamble joined Claudia Winkleman for the special.
