Kate Ferdinand has offered followers a glimpse of her hectic half-term routine in Dubai
The former TOWIE star began the day by walking the family’s new dog before getting the younger children ready and heading out with Rio Ferdinand
She then squeezed in meetings for her Blended team in the UK, reflected on her personal goals and completed a Pravilo training session
Kate also collected one of her stepchildren, showing how life in the UAE remains a carefully choreographed blend of parenting, work and exercise.
