Radio presenter Zoe Ball has spoken candidly about a return of severe anxiety and panic attacks, despite having gone years without an episode

On her podcast with Jo Whiley, she explained that reducing caffeine, including switching to decaffeinated coffee later in the day, appeared to help

Ball also described a frightening confrontation in London, claiming a cyclist struck her windscreen while traffic surrounded her car

The incident left her shaken, while Whiley said such encounters could feel deeply invasive

The pair also discussed how unsettling road incidents can remain long after they happen.
