talkSPORT presenter Rachael Downie has revealed she was diagnosed with a Grade 2 astrocytoma after suffering a seizure when her holiday flight landed in Greece

Doctors discovered a 6.7cm tumour in the right frontal lobe of her brain

Following her return to Britain, she underwent a four-hour operation at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, with the tumour removed and later confirmed as non-cancerous

Rachael is taking anti-seizure medication and will have MRI scans every six months

She is temporarily unable to drive or lift her young daughter, and is supporting Brain Tumour Research to raise awareness.
