Lisa and Carla’s wedding was Corrie’s first successful lesbian marriage, although the ceremony was disrupted by a murder and a last-minute venue cancellation
Meyers has appeared in the programme since 1998 and has also starred in The Five, Ackley Bridge and The Long Shadow.
