Vernon Kay has reportedly bought a £3 million property around 15 minutes from the family home he shares with estranged wife Tess Daly in Buckinghamshire
The BBC Radio 2 presenter is said to be waiting for renovation work to finish before moving in, allowing him to remain close to Tess and their daughters, Phoebe Kay and Amber Kay
The couple announced their separation in May after 23 years of marriage, but are understood to remain amicable and committed co-parents
Tess is also reportedly working with Phoebe on a mystery project.
