Olga is the happiest girl: her boyfriend Mark has finally proposed! Everything is perfect: roses, champagne, a wedding date, travel plans, dreams of future children.

Suddenly, the romantic moment is ruined by noise next door; a recently moved neighbor is throwing a party. Will Olga fulfill her dreams, or will a problematic neighbor unexpectedly surprise her?
