Gypsies

The Russian government has passed a law requiring gypsies to have an address. As a result of the new law, many gypsies have purchased homes. This documentary deals the changes that homeownership brings.

These changes threaten centuries of gypsy traditions. The younger generations of gypsies are starting to be absorbed into the Russian culture much to the dismay of the older generation.
