Dino's Last Chance Bar...New Orleans. This is a typical basement dive until one early morning when three desperate robbers, fleeing from a botched robbery, come storming in. The trouble really comes when government agents and a SWAT team surround the place. Most of the drama follows the ways in which the crooks, three patrons and the bar employees cope with a potentially deadly situation.
