Jonathan Cross plays Louie Monteleone, a crew boss for a sports betting ring run by Tommy Borzillo (Vincent J. Rose), head of a major gambling syndicate on the outskirts of Philadelphia.

As leader of the biggest money making crew in the area, Louie finds himself growing weary of the only life he's known as he watches the people around him make drastic changes that turn their lives upside down!
