Join instructor Mary Haberski for 2 beginner classes. The first class is a true restorative class aimed at helping you slowly and gently open your hips.
Mary will offer a variety of postures, including a little time at the wall. The second class will focus on your shoulders with several ways of releasing tension from the upper body.
Classes are suited for beginner students. A few props may help.
