Making Candy Dogs

Lin uses an old-fashion, old world process of making candy. He use no machines (beyond a stove to boil sugars) and makes the candy by hand. Watch as his team demonstrates how they make thousands of candies that look like Akita dogs.

The flavour of this dog candy is tangerine, which is a mini-sized citric fruit like an orange. It takes a lot of work to make candies this way, hope you enjoy!
