Our disco & latin music will keep you motivated & our dance moves will engage your upper body, lower body & core. Our method is simple: Each track has 4 easy dance moves alternating with a walk.

You'll get at least 5000 steps per each 45min workout, or 10000 steps if you do the whole 90mins together!
