Bromance: My Brother's Romance

Brando and Brandy (Zanjoe Marudo) are twins who drift apart because of Brando's own homophobic beliefs against his gay brother, Brandy. When the two reunite, Brandy soon after gets into a terrible accident and puts him in a coma.
