Do you love spicy Thai food? Nakhon Sawan (นครสวรรค์) is a city and province in Central Thailand where my wife's mother is from.
My wife's cousin decided to cook a countryside Thai food dish known in Thai as nok krata pad ped (นกกระทาผัดเผ็ด), minced up quail fried with huge amounts of curry paste, chilies and garlic.
It was an amazing crazy spicy Thai dish!
