When passionate but clumsy inventor Phileas Fogg is forced into a bet by the Royal Academy's Minister of Science, he must complete a trip around the world in 80 days, or he'll have to destroy his lab and never be allowed to invent again.
Accompanying Fogg across the globe are Lau Xing, a mysterious man who joins Fogg to evade the police, and Monique La Roche, a beautiful artist. The trio dare to do what no one has done before—beat the clock in a race around the world, traveling by land, sea, air and even in-line skates.
