Andy and Fuko uncover the mystery of the world as they search for the "greatest death ever”.
Fuko Izumo a girl with the ability of "Unluck" that brings misfortune to those that touch her. An "Undead" with an immortal body that can never die, suddenly appears before her as Fuko is attempting to commit suicide and rejoices that he has finally met someone with the ability to grant him a true death. He abducts Fuko and looks for the conditions to unleash the greatest stroke of unluck, when hunters from the Anti-Unidentified Phenomena Control Organization AKA “Union” come after them!
A great stroke of unluck hits when Fuko kisses Andy the Undead. Andy makes a move on Fuko, thinking an even greater unluck will happen if they take the physical contact further! To prevent physical assault, Fuko explains that the higher her likability for the other person is, the larger the unluck becomes. Andy declares that if that’s the case, he will make her fall in love with him to give him the greatest stroke of unluck—and that he will never let her die until then. Meanwhile, Unionhunters close in on Andy and Fuko...!
In three days, a Union member will be on the move for a UMA investigation at Baikal Lake in Russia. Andy and Fuko head out towards Lake Baikal after being informed that if they kill that member, they can enter the Union: a special team comprising of ten Negators. Escaping from Union pursuit, the pair make it to Lake Baikal, but split up as soon as they arrive for Andy's errands. Fuko meets a girl in an outfit similar to a Japanese schoolgirl uniform. She is enjoying watercolor painting and at her urging, Fuko decides to paint with her...
The girl painting together with Fuko at Lake Baikal was Gena, the Negator that captured Andy in the past! Andy looks for a chance to fight back, trying to figure out exactly what she negates. As a result, he realizes that Gena is Unchange, the Negator who negates objects from changing forms. Gena thinks Fuko has stolen her long crush Andy from her and shows emotions of rivalry out of jealousy against Fuko. As Gena’s attacks continue, Fuko notices something...
Andy and Fuko are taken to the Roundtable where Union members await. There, Apocalypse delivers the new round of quests. Apocalypse is the first "Artifact" found on Earth who forces unreasonable tasks on the Union. Fuko poses the question to the members who think it's only natural to embark on their quests and suggests change, but the leader Juiz thinks otherwise.
Andy and company have arrived in the United States in order to capture the UMA Spoil. Upon doing a background check of the rotting corpse related to Spoil, it comes into light that he was originally from Longing. Based on reports from agents who went to Longing, there’s no doubt that Spoil and the zombies he created were inside. As soon as they arrive, Andy finds a female zombie who has not fully rotten in the masses. He tries to ask that female zombie Spoil’s whereabouts...
