In 1997, Dae-sung and his mother, Myung-sook, caught a counterfeiter in their corner store and were honored as brave citizens. In the present, he takes an internship at the struggling store, now the size of a supermarket, after failing the civil service exam.
At the cathedral where Bo-yeon's slipper was found, Dae-sung finds key evidence. He also realizes that inside Kyung-ah's shopping bags hanging on her door are items sold at MS Mart, so he starts tracking the stalker through customers' shopping lists.
The neighborhood is in chaos with the secret of the nunchucks revealed. Meanwhile, an investigation on Five Thousand Won as the suspect in Bo-yeon's murder begins, but no proof is found. Dae-sung, suspicious of Fish, follows him and finds a shocking truth.
