The depraved Dr. Shrinker gets a taste of his own medicine when he shrinks himself to capture a Shrinkie. Then, After the tricky Dr. Shrinker invents a rasberry containing a homing device to nab the Shrinkies, Brad, B. J. and Gordie thwart his plans with the aid of a jungle berry that makes them invisible.
Gordie suffers amnesia and is tricked by Hugo to help grab Brad and B.J. Then, Gordie is nearly fouled up by a feathery "friend" on Dr. Shrinker's horrible island but Brad and B.J. fly fast to his defense.
While the fiendish Dr. Shrinker pretends to be The Wise One and turns island natives against their chief, the Shrinkies embark to prove the doctor's a phony and also return a stolen emerald to Muhari, the sacred idol. Then, Brad, B. J. and Gordie scheme to boobytrap the island's main booby, Dr. Shrinker, but the scientist 's newest creation, the Solar Energizer, stands in the way.
