Darker Than Night aka Mas Negro Que La Noche « Movie from 1975

A young woman named Ofelia inherits a creepy old house from her Aunt Susana with the stipulation she is to care for the aunt's beloved pet, which so happens to be a black cat.

Soon after she moves in, the cat is found dead, and this grim discovery is soon followed by more and more strange and terrible occurrences.
